I read something yesterday that I just had to write a blog post about.
This is complete insanity and financial malpractice on the part of the publication.
I subscribe to a number of different newsletters and was reading the latest issue of a financial one last night.
Without naming it here, I will say that it has the word “PROSPERITY” in it’s title.
And the lead article was – 8 Surefire Ways To Be Richer.
All the tips are about smart planning and investing, etc…
So far so good.
I get to tip #2 and I can’t believe my eyes.
It’s about cutting coupons!
This is a PROSPERITY letter and the lead story is titled…
8 Surefire Ways To Be Richer…
Uhhh do you get rich by cutting coupons?
Have we as a society succumb to the fact that if you want to get ahead… you need to cut back?
This particular article, went on to describe how we get circulars and newspaper inserts with coupons and how we need to save them, etc…
Now look, I am NOT against paying less for anything.
I don’t wanna overpay, and of course I’d rather get a deal…
… but what does that have to do with prosperity and getting wealthy?
The poor and the middle class say… “I can’t afford it.”
The rich say… “How CAN I afford this?”
Big difference in the attitude, don’t you agree?
In the article, they gave an example of a woman who estimates she’ll save $2,400 a year cutting coupons and looking for deals online.
That’s $200 a month and just under $7 a day.
Yep, that’s a surefire way to get rich!
How about taking this time and energy and actually investing in making MORE MONEY.
Instead of thinking how can I spend less, why not think about how to make more?
That’s the real problem with wealth creation today.
When I see people mowing their lawns, fixing things around the house, weeding their landscaping, and then these same people complain about not having enough money…
… I just shake my head.
Now I know I’m probably stepping on some toes here, but you know what…
… if you’re not financially independent, you should NOT be cutting the grass, shoveling the snow from the driveway (if you live where I live), changing the oil, or anything like that.
Yeah, but Vitaly I can save money that way?
It takes about 40 minutes to mow my lawn. And I pay $20 bucks to a high school kid to do it.
Is my time better spent doing that OR writing copy, working on my business, getting better at REAL money making skills… or if not working, spending extra time with the kids?
When we moved into our current house, it needed a lot of work.
It’s a great house, but it was bank owned, and it was cleaned out good. Not a single cabinet door handle, not one electrical outlet cover, all recessed light covers gone… someone literally ripped out a sink from the bathroom and left a big hole in the granite counter top.
Crazy I know.
And on top of that we wanted new carpet, new hardwood floors, and to get the whole house repainted.
Well, I told my wife, look, I ain’t no painter, I’m no carpenter, electrician or any of that.
So I didn’t do any of these things, but I did have to go to Home Depot numerous times to find the right covers, and some really small stuff.
And my wife always laughed, telling me to make sure I don’t get lost there.
It’s true, I go into Home Depot and I have NO CLUE.
And proud of that.
I don’t know any of that stuff and I don’t care.
I know how to get boat loads of traffic to my site and how to get it to convert.
And that’s what matters to ME.
A lot of people have been brought up with this coupon cutting, trying to save every penny by doing it all themselves mentality.
And it’s keeping them BROKE!
I know believe me.
Look, I was born and grew up in a Communist country, so I don’t have any kind of special background, and I know exactly what it’s like to not have much.
Which is why I figured out a long time ago that if I ever wanted to have MORE, I needed to value my time and focus on MAKING more, and not waste my time and energy pinching pennies.
And I highly recommend you do the same.
Which is why I suggest you get Copywriter’s Guild and take this thing apart.
Devour every minute of the audios and the videos so you too can learn to literally “create money on demand”.
Those who possess this skill do it ALL THE TIME.
Need more money for a family vacation?
A special weekend getaway?
A new car?
Or anything else…?
When you know how to SELL online you can create money out of thin air.
That’s exactly what you’ll discover how to do with Copywriter’s Guild.
A money making skill that lasts you a lifetime.
P.S. Are there time and energy drainers standing in the way of your success? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Since then, he’s created a number of info-products, generated tens of thousands of leads personally and has written sales copy that has produced near 8-figures in sales for himself and a select few clients.
