Meet The Founders

Tim Erway

President, CEO Tim Erway has been a successful marketer since 2002. In 2004, Tim launched his first internet company offering financial educational products and consulting services. Today, Tim is CEO and co-Founder of AttractionMarketing.com. He has authored or co-authored nearly a dozen courses on the subjects of internet marketing, copywriting, website monetization, and information publishing.

Ferny Ceballos

Chief Marketing Officer Ferny Ceballos is a graduate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Southern California, in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, respectively. After working for 5 years as an aerospace engineer, his entrepreneurial aspirations motivated him to turn to the network marketing and internet marketing industry to escape the rat race. Since leaving Aerospace in 2008, he has personally been responsible for over 5.5 million dollars in sales online over the past 6 years in his personal business, and helped countless clients produce six-figure and seven-figure incomes promoting their businesses using the internet.

Matt Crystal

VP of Operations Matt Crystal is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of AttractionMarketing.com. Up until now, he has been the silent partner in EMP who was responsible for making sure all marketing systems functioned according to design. Matt was the key architect behind the new Elite Marketing Pro system and technical trainer for all it’s members. Matt has an extensive background in direct response marketing, copywriting and web development.
