Can breakfast cereal promote physical and mental purity?
Well, believe it or not, that’s the notion that inspired the creation of one of the world’s most recognizable, multi-billion dollar brands…
It all started in the mid-1890s, at the Battle Creek Sanitarium in Michigan, when two brothers by the names of Will Keith (W.K.) and John Harvey endeavored to create the blandest food EVER conceived to keep their patients’ bodies nourished and, above all, abstaining from any indecent thoughts or behavior.
Devout vegetarians, the brothers promoted a low-protein diet based largely on whole grains, nuts, and yogurt, as well as strict abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, and any caffeinated beverages.
They accidentally discovered a process of turning stale wheat into flakes of “toasted porridge” and decided it was a perfect, unstimulating snack for their patients.
In time, wheat was replaced with corn and, lo and behold…

Running a marathon isn’t easy.
In fact, it’s impossible.
Unless, of course, you’ve been training for months…running 3-5 times per week, gradually increasing your mileage, preferably for at least 6 months to a year.
That’s the “secret.”
It’s the same in business (and in life).

A very common question I get from people learn the cutting edge online recruiting methods I teach, has to do with a concern about being scolded by an upline for “choosing a different path.”
For example, I was on a webinar a couple months ago and a woman asked how she should deal with an upline so entrenched in the old way of thinking, she’s afraid the upline might be critical and/or disagree with building online.
In some cases, there are leaders who will understandably monitor every move their reps make, watch their stats, review volume and call and email on a daily basis to see who we have prospected recently or showed the plan to.
You see, I know what I do works and once new reps and customers start rolling in for you, they are going to have questions and most likely, be negative about building the business differently than how they did it back in the ’80s or ’90s.
And this is a position I empathize with, because my upline, (not my company), once threatened me and said that I would lose my business because I was using online marketing methods, they didn’t approve of.
I think this question and issue comes down to this…

One of the world’s greatest copywriters – Gary Bencivenga – said that if you can improve yourself by just 1% per week, you’ll quickly become an expert in your field.
And what better skill to master than the art of crafting an irresistible headline.
Here’s why…
If you can create juicy, must-read, action-generating headlines for your ads, articles, blog posts, emails, capture pages, and sales letters … it doesn’t matter what you’re selling, what company you’re representing, or even what the economy does.
You WILL consistently make money hand over fist.
It’s that simple.
The techniques you’re about to discover will light the fire under your tookus and help you improve your headline-crafting “know-how” by a minimum of 1% weekly (if not daily)…
If you practice these regularly, one day at a time, by the end of the year you won’t even recognize your writing.
Now, before we dive into the nuts-and-bolts…

Are you certain?
We generally think of being certain of our ourselves and our beliefs as a positive thing…but what if it’s not?
At one time, people were certain the world was flat…
…that no man could run a four-minute mile…
…and that man would never walk on the moon…
…until, of course, Christopher Columbus, Roger Bannister, and Neil Armstrong.
Once those game-changing events happened, it became perfectly clear that the world was spherical, men (and women) can run faster than anyone thought possible, and the moon (and beyond) was within human reach.
Certainty was replaced with a newfound clarity.
Let me explain…
